Tenant’s Portal – Communicating, Property Maintenance

Communicating & Reporting repairs is easy!

Just go to the Ailo app on your smartphone.

Go to “Chat”, and type away your request.

To ensure that we can attend to your property’s repairs within the quickest possible time frame, please log onto your Tenant Portal through the above link.

  1. Please ensure you complete with your full name, full address including apartment number, and your contact number.
  2. Add the complete details as to the issue you are experiencing & accompanying photos (you can take photos in Chat).
  3. The more information you provide the quicker we can have the matter addressed
  4. Once we have received your Property Maintenance / Repair Form, we will notify your landlord and will seek to action the repair as a matter of urgency.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS

Should your repair be of an emergency nature, please contact your Ray White Property Manager to discuss or refer to your residential tenancy agreement for direction. (Please refer to your Residential Tenancy Agreement for details on what is deemed to be an emergency).

Please Note: Should you arrange a time with the contractor and not be present for the scheduled time / appearance, the cost of the contractor’s call out fee will be charged to you.
