The overall prediction for Sydney is that apart from the odd exception, both house and unit prices will continue to flourish making it a great time for sellers to act on the limited competition to compete with.

And with the eagerly anticipated additions to our great suburb completing or nearing completion throughout 2017 (see below), which will generate further exposure from Sydney’s buyers who are yet to discover our great waterfront suburb, we at Ray White Wentworth Point are confident that the Wentworth Point market will continue to hold strong and see further growth.

  • Completion of Wentworth Point Public School
  • Additional bus services to the area
  • More shops, cafes and restaurants opening
  • Wentworth Point Library opening
  • Child Care Centres joining the area
  • Marina Square Shopping Centre & Pier-side due for completion in 2018
