Sydney Olympic Park Master Plan 2050

The Government has finalised the Sydney Olympic Park Masterplan 2050 that will deliver a vibrant sports hub, major event precinct, local jobs, retail, commercial spaces and an additional 13000 new homes for families in the heart of Sydney.
The Masterplan 2050 will –
 Deliver up to 13,000 additional homes to provide a total of 15,000 homes, including up to 20% affordable housing on Government owned land and 5% on private land
 Increase the capacity for up to 26,000 local jobs by unlocking investment in innovation, culture, and commercial precincts
 Plan for 10 new playgrounds, 9 new outdoor public spaces and 4 new sports fields
 Protect and enhance the 430 hectares of beautiful and valuable wetlands and parklands
 Protect and celebrate our first nations heritage in the area
 Provide cultural and recreational opportunities including a cultural centre, library and community hub, and sports and leisure centre
 Dedicate land for schools
 Continue to support a vibrant night-time economy for locals and visitors to enjoy.
