Whilst we have always held a Zero tolerance approach to rental arrears, this new system which provides tenants with multiple ways to make rental payments including credit card, automatic direct debit, and B-Pay ensures that our Landlord Clients rent is collected on time, every time!
We are constantly on the lookout for developing new and improving existing systems to ensure that our client’s properties are managed in the most effective manner. This includes utilising Ray White Field Agent, a digital reporting tool that provides clients with photographic condition reports for not only ingoing but also periodic and end of lease/vacate which allows immediate visual comparison against previous reports.
