Wentworth Points next DA approved development

Homebush Bay Properties Pty Limited development of 37-39 Hill Road Wentworth Point has received DA approval to establish building locatrions and envelopes on blocks A-D, including heights, setbacks, parking, new roads and landscaping.

Wentworth Points next major residential development will consist of mix of 6, 8 16 and 20 storey buildings with a 4790sqm open space/park to be included plus further opening up of the Homebush Bay foreshore. Some commercial units will likely be included.
